We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

- ❌ The item was purchased during a final sale or clearance event
- ❌ Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- ❌ Customer changed their mind after the product is delivered
- ❌ Product was damaged due to using an incompatible cable or device

4. 📸 How to Request a Return
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

5. 📦 Return Shipping Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- All accessories, components, and documentation must be included
- The item must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping
- Return shipping cost is covered by Sheikh Traders for defective or wrong items
- If the return is due to a customer error, shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility
6. 💰 Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

We offer a free replacement in the following cases:
- ✅ Product arrived Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- ✅ Product stopped working within the warranty period
- ✅ Wrong item was delivered by our team
- ✅ Item was severely damaged during shipping
Replacement orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after return approval.
8. 🚚 Order Cancellation Policy

If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- 📸 Take photos immediately before opening the package
- 📹 Record an unboxing video — this is strongly recommended for all orders
- 📞 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification
💡 Pro Tip: Always record your unboxing. This protects you in case of any shipping damage disputes.

- Sheikh Traders reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice
- This policy applies to all orders placed through our Shopify store only
- For any disputes, Sheikh Traders' decision will be considered final and binding
- All return and refund decisions are made in good faith to protect both parties
